Returns
Within what period can I return an item?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to submit a return request.
Which items can be returned?
We accept returns for unused and undamaged items in the original packaging.
How do I submit a return request?
Send an email to support@simplymorecosmetics.nl with your name, order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with further instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Refunds
How do I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm your refund. The refund will be processed via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Timeframe
Refund processing times may vary, but we aim to process as quickly as possible. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
